We are unable to exchange goods, however we are happy to provide a Credit into your Account or a refund for any items bought in error that are returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
The packaging and inner seal/bag must be unopened, so they are in resalable condition. We may make a deduction to the amount refunded to reflect any reduction in the value of the items as a result of using unsuitable packaging or over handling.
