Our payment provider Braintree performs checks to keep your payment information safe.  


This system will prevent a payment being processed on the website if the default billing address is not the same as the payment cards' registered address, please follow the following steps to change the default billing address. 

  • Go to your account section, click HERE to jump to the correct page or type https://www.cartridgepeople.com/Account
  • If you are not already logged in, please enter your email address and password and click LOGIN.
  • On the left hand side of this page is a section with the header Default Billing Address, under this in a blue box is MANAGE ADDRESSES, Click it.
  • This page will display your registered Default Billing Address and Default Shipping Address, Click Edit in the box that displays "This is your Default Billing Address."
  • On this page it needs to display your Name and Default Billing Address exactly how your payment card has its registered address, you can find this on your latest card statement.
  • Enter your name in the name box exactly how it is displayed on your payment card.
  • In the Postcode box enter your postcode then click the FIND box on the right of the entered postcode.
  • This will display a list of addresses that are allocated to the entered postcode, Click the address that is registered to your payment card and it will fill in the next sections.
  • Please go through and make sure that each sections have both the correct information in each box and that it matches your payment cards' registered address
  • Once you have confirmed that each box is correct click SAVE which is located in the blue box.

 

Now that the information is matched and saved you will be able to order and pay for your items.
