UK retailers must provide a process which allows all customers the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge, on a like-for-like basis. Therefore, if you are purchasing a new ink or toner cartridge, we are pleased to offer the opportunity to recycle your old, unwanted or used ones for free.
Ink Cartridges
Small quantities of ink cartridges can be returned by post, if you want to use our free service then we can arrange for a recycling bag to be sent to you in the post to enable you to forward your old ink cartridges to us so that we can send it for recycling. Please use our Contact Us form and select Recycling from the drop down box as the reason for enquiry. We will need your postal address and the details of the items you wish to return for recycling.
*Please note the postal recycle bags are designed for ‘ink’ cartridges only and you can fit quite a few in them! Unfortunately they are unable to accept single 'toner' cartridges through the post.
Branded Toner Cartridges
Empties Please can supply you with a recycle bin to collect your toners in. Once it's full, they'll collect it free of charge and make a donation to charity for you!
Empties Please can also accept small quantities of ink cartridges via post, contact them via their website and they'll send you a freepost envelope to return ink cartridges to them.

Unbranded/Compatible Toner Cartridges
If you have "unbranded/compatible" toner cartridges to recycle, you need to contact our Customer Service team in order for us to send you the returns information. Please use this link the Contact Us link below and select "Recycling" from the drop-down list, provide details of the items you would like recycling and our Customer Service Team will be able to assist you.
