Cartridge People are happy to provide a Credit into your Account or a refund for any items bought in error provided that you have contacted us first. The items must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date and the outer packaging unopened, so they are in resalable condition.
In addition to this, we will accept Cartridge People Own Brand cartridges back within 12 months of purchase.
We may make a deduction to the amount refunded to reflect any reduction in the value of the items as a result of using unsuitable packaging or over handling.
